::::IF YOU DOWNLOAD KEYLOGER::::

he best thing to do is to simply reformat your computer and start all over. If you have no time to waste on this, or are simply unable, listen to this:

===========================================

I personally investigated this matter when I downloaded Anti-Keylogger 7.4 (with a 40-day free trial), which is an active scanner for keyloggers. I ran the hero online program and 3 things popped up under "Protection Policy>Auto-detected modules":

DINPUT8.DLL- Microsoft DirectInput (c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
Hero.exe- Hero Online Client Copyright (C) 2001. Netgame.co.ltd
MPRADL.DLL- (No info Given)

After seeing as this "MRPRADL.DLL" File being the only one without copyright information or otherwise info made me suspicious of this specific file. It made me figure that it was indeed NOT a file that came with windows itself, so this must be related to the keylogger.

I decided to trace this back to where the file is located. If you have a downloaded a keylogger try searching here-

Go to My computer, and type this in the Address bar.

C:\WINDOWS\system32

Now search for the mpradl.dll file. (do not mistake it for mprapi.dll)

After finding the file there, I decided to right-click it, and observe the properties. I took a look at the date of creation.

It said "Created 12/9/06"
"Last Accesed- Today, May 24th, 2006"

I then rushed back to the hero site, logged in, and checked my date where I sent my first 1:1 hacked inquiry. It dated-

"12/10/07"- The day after I downloaded the keylogger from the hero bob
site.

I thought to myself "Maybe it's just a very big coincidence, I am going to feel bad if I post this later on the forums, and end up being wrong."

So I figured I would attempt to delete it, BUT I got this message-

I looked closely..thinking that it might still be a conincidence.. I realized the part that says "and that the file is not currently in use."

I looked down at my toolbar, and saw that I was still in Hero Online. If it had restricted my from deleting it because the file was "write-protected", closing Hero Online and trying to re-delete it should make the truth clear to me. Sure enough I tried.

And the file deleted.

If you have been hacked on Hero Online, and visited a Hero bob or other sites advertised in-game. I strongly suggest you anonomously use the same method I used.

Hope this helps..

::::HUNTING::::

To tame pets, you have to be a Hunter. To become a Hunter at level 10 (1 Dan 0 Kyu) you speak to the Hunter Trainer on the top level of Dragon Castle (he's on your map) and choose your job as Hunter. From the trainer you will get the Taming Skill. You need to pump skill points into it before the Howl of Tame skill can be used.

To put skills on your toolbar, open your skill page (B), if its the first time you have opened it pump some skill points into the Howl of Tame skill with the little +, then drag the opened skill to your toolbar. Right-click the skill on your toolbar or use the corresponding number key to use it on a mob.

You need to be at least the level of the animal you are taming or higher for it to work best. At beginning levels, you can only tame the wolves and bears in the Highlands. You cant tame the larger boss wolf or bear at all (although many have tried lol).

Taming can be tricky, basically you have to get the mob down to 10% or less HP (you can click his hp bar to see numbers). If he dies too fast to get to 10% then use your bare fists. Using manual attack instead of auto attack (press F key to toggle) helps keep you from accidentally killing it when you get the HP low.

Then (with weapon equipped) use the tame skill which should be on your toolbar at the bottom (right click it or use the corresponding number key).

If tame doesnt work it sometimes will heal the mob, just keep trying Smile The healing means the skill did land, it just failed. If it dies when you use tame, look in your inventory, you may have caught him!

The class mounts in VS are difficult because they heal themselves. A good Para weapon or having a Physician/Combat Medic with Para skill in your party will help a lot Smile Unless you are quite a bit higher than the class mounts you will most likely need a taming party to have enough damage to get their hp down to 10% or less.

If you mouse over the tame skill on your toolbar it shows the Taming Ability. I believe this number matches up with the mob level your tame skill will work on. Adding skill points will up this number.

When you catch your first pet wolf, you can equip him by right clicking his icon in your inventory and to pull him out (or put him away) press the T key (with chat box closed lol). Dont forget to feed him! Wolves and Bears like meat food you can buy at the tavern Smile If he dies (oh you meanie!) buy Dead Spirit Incense at the Horse shop out the north gate in DC for 10k (or cheaper sometimes to buy from players). To use it, just right click the incense. You will get more of these pet revival incense from Lots and drops eventually Smile

1.0 Introduction

Blacksmith is good I promise. We all hear that but where is the proof? Well I decided to make a guide in hopes to be sticky because everyone needs this information. The guide is going to explain how to make + weapons and armor and how to increase our chances of making them. If you have any questions or anything you think needs added or i skipped over please post at end of guide thank you.

The + number indicates the number of upgrades the item has.
The upgrades it has are listed in green letters below the weapons name.
The yellow numbers are the result of the items upgrades.

You can upgrade your weapon at the blacksmith, put an item in the upper slot and a gem (for example that Jadeite) in the lower slot and it will add a stat bonus to your weapon.
The stat bonus that a gem gives is listed somewhere below the gems name.

There is one down side: there is a chance of failure. The higher + the item you want to upgrade is, the higher the chance of failure. It also seems to get harder when you use higher-level items, but I’m not sure about that. You can decrease the chance of failure by putting more gems in the lower slots. This will only add the gems stat bonus once, but it is recommended for items with more than +1.

You can also use crystals to upgrade your weapons with, however they are quite expensive and are only recommended for higher levels.

There are 3 types of stat bonuses, which have a continuous effect on an enemy
-Paralysis damage will paralyze an enemy (they cant move or attack for some time). With higher paralysis damage you are more likely to paralyze your enemy, with a higher duration your enemy stays paralyzed longer.

-Poison damage will cost an amount of hp over an amount of time. I’m not sure what poison damage does, but poison duration indicates how long it will continue to do damage.

-Confusion damage will confuse your enemy by making at attack its allies. This doesn’t work on players

Min Max damage and attack rate is an extra amount of damage added to your attacks; it should count for all your attacks.
Min Max skill damage and skill attack rate is usually higher than the min max damage, but it will only count for your skill attacks.

Crafting is a way of creating a rare and powerful item. Crafting only involves composition items, you can do this at the blacksmith by clicking on the composite tab. put a book in one of the upper slots, and you can see what else you need for it and what item it will produce.
The materials you will need for crafting are quite expensive, and again there as a chance of failure. It is only recommended for higher levels.
Examples of crafted items can be found in the help guide.

Rumors I have heard thus far regarding the Smiths

1) The smith in DC has higher chances of increasing your items from 0 to +3 than the other smiths.
2) The smith in CM is not good at all about 50% chance less likely to happen there than anywhere else
3) The smith in SP has a higher chance of crafting items from +5 to +7
4) The smiths Stink (I half agree)

Other Rumors

1) You have better chances when you're higher level
2) You have better chances if you're (this class)
3) Your Guild Master has best chances
4) You should never make your own (why not if we didn’t then it would all come from boxes.)

2.0 Making + Items (Thanks to new information submitted I corrected the %'s listed below)

This section will explain how to make + weapons and armor. First you need a gem. Lets just use a weapon as an example. On your gems you notice it says Weapon, Armor, or Gem. Weapon gems can be added to weapons only and accessories only will always fail on armor (in my experience) Armor gems will work on armor and accessories (always fails on weapons) and Gems they work on everything. So to make our bronze sword a +1 bronze sword we need to go to the black smith take one of your weapon gems with you. Now at the smith choose strengthen. Now put in your weapon and gem and click upgrade. There you just attempted to make your weapon +1. Keep in mind u can fail and failing results in loosing the item and gem.

As Promised the More to come is now here!
Through my trials and errors and searching and reading through my research I have discovered this vital information that has been missing which can help us understand it a lot better! I hate adding the below part because so many will argue keep in mind its still pretty much a luck game and a lot of us try and upgrade with just gems.

First Thing to know your chances are never over 75%

Clean Items what are they?

Clean Items are items with no additional stats on them without the plus. Basically you can obtain "Clean" items by purchasing from shops. Such as the weapon shop in Dragon Castle (DC) His items are always Clean

Dirty Items What are they?

Dirty items are items usually found by monster drops I assume 80-90% of the items in the game are found this way disregarding any from boxes.
Dirty Items usually contain a stat prefixed on the Item without a plus. Meaning poison bronze sword will have poison damage added to it and then the regular stats and nothing else this item is "Dirty"

Why do clean and Dirty Items matter? Aren’t Dirty Items better to "BOOM"? (BOOM is a word player’s use for strengthening)

Dirty Items are better items because if it has a stat already on it and you can strengthen the item by doing pure upgrades you will have a higher item than a clean would but dirty items have a 20% higher fail rate to make up for this.

NOTE: ADDING EXTRA GEMS OTHER THAN LISTED AMOUNT HASNT INCREASED SUCESS RATE AS CONFIRMED YET. IF YOU CAN CONFIRM HIGHER PLEASE POST IT I NEED THAT INFO.

The % below is for CEAN items and a PURE upgrade

Making a level 1 sword from +0 to +7

+0 - +1 One Gem 95%
+1 - +2 Two Gems 80%
+2 - +3 Three Gems 76%
+3 - +4 Three Gems 54%
+4 - +5 Three Gems 33%
+5 - +6 Three Gems 24%
+6 - +7 Three Gems 15%

Now if you were to use CRYSTALS

+0 - +1 One Crystal 75%
+1 - +2 One Crystal 75%
+2 - +3 One Crystal 75%
+3 - +4 One Crystal 66%
+4 - +5 Two Crystal 54%
+5 - +6 Three Crystal 42%
+6 - +7 Three Crystal 35%

Now if you were to use a Crystal Ball

+7-+8 One Crystal Ball 25%
+7-+8 Two Crystal Balls 30%
+7-+8 Three Crystal Balls 45%

Keep in mind this is with PURE upgrading and CLEAN weapon
- 20% for Dirty Weapons
- 5% for every non-pure upgrade the weapon has on it
- 0% for every non-pure % added to it.

RARE WEAPONS (VIOLET WEAPONS AND MORE)

CRYSTALS ONLY

+0 - +1 One Crystal 80%
+1 - +2 One Crystal 70%
+2 - +3 One Crystal 60%
+3 - +4 One Crystal 40%
+4 - +5 Two Crystal 30%
+5 - +6 Three Crystal 20%
+6 - +7 Three Crystal 10%

Armor -- Clean Armor

(rounded estimates based on reports)

+0 - +1 One Gem 70%
+1 - +2 Two Gems 60%
+2 - +3 Three Gems 50%
+3 - +4 Three Gems 40%
+4 - +5 Three Gems 30%
+5 - +6 Three Gems 20%
+6 - +7 Three Gems 10%

If you try making it a pure upgrade it becomes very tricky with armor its actually better to use diamonds and citrines to avoid loss of the item through my trials and some reports I have gotten. I am working hard to provide more information as soon as it becomes ava. Thanks.

Luck Scroll doubles your chances of upgrading.

NOTICE: The percents listed in this guide are from my experiences and information submitted to me regarding what people have done.

2.1 Strengthening explained

This section will explain how to increase your chances of strengthening weapons

You can increase your chances simply by adding more gems into the three slots only gems of the same type may be added. This will also increase the cost of strengthening the item and it will NOT stack the effects so 3 opals with 2% attack rate gives the weapon 2% attack rate and not 6%. You can also increase your odds by using different types of gems. I will explain those later on.

The best way to upgrade would be to use pure upgrade, meaning keep using the same gems with the same bonus.

Vicious give normal defense bonus for armor and normal attack for weapons. The amount of bonus changes as the armor gets better. For example, ghost armor would have a lot more bonus then bloody wolf. Use citrines or carbuncles on vicious they will work the best. Hybrids do not work well unless they are % bonuses.

Toxic Crystals (Status Crystals)

I've so far taken a +0 paralyzing solar sword and upgrade to +2 using only Para crystals. The Para damage seems to increase normally, but the time seems to have increased from 6 seconds to 9 second on first upgrade, and hasn’t increased since...

3.0 The Gems

The List of Gems can be found by CLICKING HERE

This Section will explain the different types of gems and how to increase odds of making better + weapons.

There are known 4 different types of Gems

Gems
Crystal
Crystal Ball

These are the known gems thus far. The only way to make gems into crystals is to get a composition crystal scroll. Then you put in 3 gems of the crystal type desired for example opal Crystal needs 3 opals and the scroll. To make a Crystal Ball you need a Crystal ball scroll and 3 crystals this is important not gems but crystals. And Jadaite Balls are made by 3 Crystal Balls.

The different Gem types greatly increase your chance of making a higher + item. Right now the highest plus known is +8 unless anyone can confirm higher.

Recommend Gems for the plus

+1 to +3 = Gems
+4 to +6 = Crystals
+7 to +8 = Crystal Balls

The stats is as if your gem shift from X2 to X3 stats, where X is equal to a letter that a specific prefix has. The "X#" variables are compared to the prefix from boxes or drops from wild and not to the strengthening gem prefixes.

Example:
Opal Crystal give stats that is equal to prefix from boxes or drops from the wild, M2. M2 is 3% Attack Rate. Upon making Opal Crystal Ball, the prefix will now be equal to M3 instead of M2. M3 gives +5% Attack Rate.

Also, for your information, you cannot use extraction on items with X3/X4 stats.

I assume X4 stats are those Jadaite Balls. As GM said, Crystal Balls are for +7 to +8.Assuming again, a Jadaite Ball would require Scroll of Jadaite Ball and 3 Crystal Balls and would give X4 stats.

The Hero Guide Says this

In Hero Online, no matter how low the item level is, you can upgrade the items by Strengthening.
You don't have to be disappointed even if you can't find the rare items.
Even after one Strengthening, your item can become better and stronger.
Item Strengthening has levels from 1st to 8th each higher level meaning stronger the item becomes. Item's ability will change depending on the kind of strengthening stone.
Same kind of stone can be used repeatedly.

4.0 Crafting your own From Scratch

When Crafting your own weapons and armor from scratch using the books to do so go to the smith and insert the book it’ll tell you what materials and number of what materials you’ll need. Jot these items down run around in cm until have bought them all. Head back to the smith you desire and insert everything as needed. If you Fail everything is GONE but on the up side of life you can actually make your more back and then some if you make the item and with the new charm from hero tavern you can almost fail 1/5 times which in the end spending 30mil per weapon to make and reselling 100mil there is nothing but profit sitting there! I say if you're going do get the charms otherwise good luck!

You have a 50% chance of making an item from scratch the new charms adds an additional 1.5* so you have closer to a 75% chance of actually making the item Thanks codenameV for this information.

5.0 Other Blacksmith options

This section explains each blacksmith option

Strengthening Increases weapons and armor and accessories + and is a very risky business. I explained a lot of it above since it is the most used.

Dismantling System breaks an item down to its contents in order to combine it with different items. Basically it breaks the whole item down to is base components even to the book to create it. Keep in mind it doesn’t give 100% of what you need to make the item it only gives a portion if any at all.

Extracting Reduces the item by +1 and if your lucky you get the strengthening item if it fails u get to keep your item and loose the + which isn’t always bad
Extraction may yield gems or crystal depending on the code of item you extract from. It depends on the code string. Sometimes a negative code blocks out extraction possibility.

Example:
N2N2N2N2

This actually means your weapon is +4 +16% Skill Attack Rate (SAR)

If extraction is successful, you will get garnet crystals.

Composition this as far as I know is for crafting craft items, weapons, armor like making crystal balls or even steel For example to make Steel you need a book of steel Book of Steel Cast Iron (3) and Diluted Powder.

::::STATS BUILD:::::

When playing Hero Online, it's important to choose a stat build that suits your personality. Not doing so can result in an early delete of your character, and possibly the game. Use this guide to get a good understanding of the viable stat builds in Hero.

:::Stat Builds:::

The STR/INT Build
SHORT DESCRIPTION: The most common build, STR/INT can level up easily, and PvP well. Relies on defense armor and defensive skills for protection.
HOW TO BUILD: 147 STR, 15 DEX, rest INT. Add more STR as you see fit.

STRENGTH: Heavy skill damage, great skill defense.
WEAKNESS: Low defense to normal attacks.
SUITED CLASSES: Musa, Champion, Tracker, Slayer, Combat Medic.
SUITED WEAPONS: Blade, Spear, Axe
WHEN TO BUILD: Start by getting your weapon's requirement of STR. Then add INT 'till you have 15. Add DEX 'till you have 15. Pile the rest into STR until you get 100 STR, adding enough INT for the LV25 skills when needed. Then pile the rest into INT. Add STR when needed for weapons.

The STR/DEX Build
SHORT DESCRIPTION: The STR/DEX build is very rare. It can become almost impossible to level, but they excel in PvP combat against STR/INT characters.
HOW TO BUILD: 50 INT, DEX for next weapon, rest STR.

STRENGTH: Heavy normal damage, great normal defense, high health.
WEAKNESS: Low defense to skill attacks, hard to level.
SUITED CLASSES: Musa, Slayer, Shinobi, Ranger, Combat Medic.
SUITED WEAPONS: All.
WHEN TO BUILD: Add enough INT to use skills (up to 50 INT), enough DEX to use the DEX weapon for your level, and the rest into STR.

The DEX/INT Build
SHORT DESCRIPTION: The ultimate in leveling experience. While the DEX/INT build can't level as fast as STR/INT, it's a smoother ride. Also, can't PvP.
HOW TO BUILD: 50-80 STR, DEX for next weapon, rest INT. Add/reduce STR when you see fit. Try not to become a hybrid!

STRENGTH: Great normal defense, great skill defense.
WEAKNESS: Low health.
SUITED CLASSES: Musa, Surgeon, Combat Medic.
SUITED WEAPONS: Sword, Bow, Throwing, Rod, Gauntlets.
WHEN TO BUILD: Add 1 STR every level until you get the amount of STR you want. Add enough DEX to use the weapon for your level. Pile the rest into INT.

The Pure STR Build
SHORT DESCRIPTION: More of a "for-fun" build, pure STR hits for big numbers, and is mainly for PvP only. It requires a lot of money for leveling up, so it's best suited as an alt character.
HOW TO BUILD: 35 INT, rest STR.

STRENGTH: Heavy normal attack, high health.
WEAKNESS: Low defense to all, no accuracy.
SUITED CLASSES: Musa, Slayer, Ranger, Tracker.
SUITED WEAPONS: Blade, Spear, Axe.
WHEN TO BUILD: Easy; add enough STR for level 2 weapon requirements, get to 35 INT, then pile the rest into STR.

The Hybrid Build
SHORT DESCRIPTION: Everyone learns to hate it. Hybrids are only moderate in all categories, and that is their downfall.
HOW TO BUILD: STR for next weapon, DEX for next weapon, rest INT.

STRENGTH: Nothing is bad.
WEAKNESS: Nothing is great.
SUITED CLASSES: All.
SUITED WEAPONS: All.
WHEN TO BUILD: Whenever you see fit to add stat points.

::::PvP (Player vs Player)::::

THINGS TO NOTE:

1. To PvP you need to be 2 Dan 0 Kyu
2. There are wars held every Tuesday and Thursday in witch you are NOT required to have bounty on or placed a bounty to fight(Tuesday wars : Levels 40-59 Thursday wars: Level 60+)
3. You DO NOT loose XP for dieing from PvP
4. Mudo Island is not recommended for players under the level of 55
5. You can only loose karma in Mudo Island (Nameless-Citizen is not a good thing to have)
6. 25% of the amount money selected
goes to that gate guard so it will take more that expected

No flaming is not just killing some one for the heck of it, its killing some one because they KSed you. Not once or twice, but about 3 or 4 times and not stopping. Flaming can be physically or verbally, I personally find physically to be more fun. Not only do you get to kill some one, you get to listen to them yell at you for 3 hours straight or get some one higher level to kill you. Now that you get Flaming, I will explain PvP and how to place a bounty.

PvP, or Player vs. Player, is very easy once you know how to do it.

1st Step : Go to Bouny Manager in Dragon Castle:

2nd Step : Choose "Bounty Hunting". When click on this you see that list:

Click on "Register Target" and type player name like this:

Turn on your bouny by pressing "Left Ctrl+M":

GOOD LUCK

::::LEVELING: 1-50::::

Level 0-1: Walk Outside The North or east side of dragon castle (recommend North) and attack the wolves. The North is recommended as the wolves there are only level 1. You should attack by pressing V or clicking the monster then pressing A. When an item drops Press S to collect it. You may get an item that makes a sound when you obtain it. This item is precious or ''rare'' and will have stats from +1 to +3. Keep this if you can or will be able to use it. This topic is about levelling not builds but a good beginner choice would be INT/STR (no flaming please) and you can vary all you like. CHI is needed for skills and shouting. So it is important you improve INT. 100 CHI is needed for the shout or ''lions roar''. STR is physical damage and skill damage and HP. DEX is dodge, amount of hits, and defence. (NOTE/EDIT: To teleport back to town you can use the yellow teleport scrolls that can be obtained for free from the 100 or 1 gold cases and bought from tavern.)

Level 1-2: At this level you can equip the weapon of your choice. This will depend on the build you have chosen. Start attacking boars over the bridge on the east side of dragon castle. You will start to grasp basic concept of the game and you should think about creating a party with other players. Press CNTRL and left-click an opposite player for the menu of actions possible. When in a party hover over there icon for there face to see their level. Levels will increase EXP gained after an amount of time. You may now receive an item called a ''LOT'' and a flashing icon will appear at the top right of your screen. Click this and press the start button. Press stop to stop it. Every 50 kills you get one of these and it will give you a random item. EXP Is not shown but is given as a bonus if obtained by lot. Although not proven or even talked of I usually do a certain time and I will continuously receive the same item but not proven.

Level 2-3: Ok you now need to think about armour. But drops from monsters are best at your level. You should continue on boars and go a little more east for level 3-5 boars. Parties will get ALOT more exp if you do this for long enough. This is the easy part... faster than high levels and knowledge gained.

Level 3-4: Same principle new monsters: You should stay with level 5 boars and start to head north (PRESS M FOR MAP) for thieves which are level 5. The job at level 10 may start to interest you but don?t worry about it for now.

Level 4-5: Unfortunately unlike level 3, level 5 is the dead end for Dragon Castle. You will be killing the highest-level mobs that don?t kill you and will continue to do so. You will start to become bored so grab a coffee. This can take up to 20 minutes for the next levels overall.

Level 5-6: Again any armour gained should be kept for personal use and you should continue what you have been doing for the past time. The mobs you kill are en masse and not hard to find so stick in there.

Level 6-7: You should now head towards highlands, which is the 2nd area. It contains mobs from 9-20. You should aim to be killing apes (level 9-12) and get a party going. Apes are popular for the fact that most quests require ape liquor, which these drop.

Level 7-8: Again the same and although there are no skills just try to admire the scenery. Not a lot more to do other than that.

Level 8-9: Well now your anticipation for the next level is high. Your looking forward to your job so there is no time to push harder on those apes.

Level 9-10: HORRAY, you can get a job: Warrior, Assassin, Physician, and Hunter. Most choose hunter for the pet capabilities but I will leave the choice to you. Also visit the skill book owner in the Dragon Castle. You can get a skill book from him as well. Now head back to highlands by either teleporting by the tavern to central market place then talking to a guard and going to Highlands or by walking. You should party and go for bears. You should be buying pots from the tavern by now for longer grinding. The skills will not seem over strong at first but after a while they will be invaluable.

Level 10-11: Upgrading will not be far off your mind and to do it you need mineral stones. You can use up to 3 for strengthening and colours for them go +1: grey +2: silver +3: Gold +4: Bronze +5: Red +6: green +7: blue +8: Purple. Now start hitting those bears or even level 14-15 rouges or level 15 assassins.

Level 11-12: *sigh* do I have nothing better to do then write this? Taken 40 mins of my life. Well anyhow you should be attacking level 15-19 mobs in the highland now and be in a party. The level 20 mob ''Ancient Warrior'' is a quest mob and people are annoyed if you KS it so ... don?t. It is also relatively strong and takes a fair few hits.

Level 12-13: Unlucky for some... boring for others. Keep going in the highlands... nothing better to do. You may have a pet wolf by now and that?s your choice. Level

Level 13-14: ''CMON'' is what I was thinking... you should just stick in there. If you are brave you can start to really smack those level 19 renegades.

Level 14-15: Time for a change? Well maybe depends on your build. Move to Venom Swamp and attack spearmen/archers. Party with others but don?t leech. You should get good exp but DONT FORGET POTS.

Level 15-16: HMMMMM these should start going fast right? Well just wait... ok well carry on with what your doing and never hit a reindeer.

Level 16-17: Ok you may go down to the woods... and meet some frogs. There will be Flying Lions, Great black wolves and white tigers (which are orange in untamed state LOL) don?t attack them, as they are passive until provoked. Toads will be your best choice.

Level 17-18: Keep going on toads and snakes, as there is not a lot better to do at this point. Do not risk going for spiders as you may die. If you are a rod user you should have AoE by now from your first skill book. This will come to good use so don't forget it.

Level 18-19: Try getting a party and going for spiders? this will work well if your party is supportive. You?re not far off a mount so keep going!

Level 19-20: You have reached the ?big? 2-0 and you are rewarded. You can purchase a horse from stable keeper ma at the north entrance of dragon castle. Get a new cuppa and head out to the highlands again.

Level 20-21: Continue what you have been doing, spiders are still a good choice. Try getting level 20+ and going to venom swamp via the tavern. DO NOT go to the beach or to the southeast, as you will die. Attack Black panthers and viragos.

Level 21-22: Same as before except this one takes longer. You may start thinking about plvling on beach then leaching. But I don?t recommend it, as you will get flamed.

Level 22-23: YEA! You can now get a class mount, let me sum it up: Hunter: Reindeer, Assassin: Great Black Wolf, Physician: White Tiger, Warrior: Flying lion. Wait until level 25 to start joining taming parties and make sure you have about 3 hours on your hands when you?re in one as this takes a long time. (NOTE: Hunters CAN tame all class mounts but only use reindeer!)

Level 23-24: Well continue hitting those panthers and start heading to the beach with your party? this could be done within a day as I did once. The beach is dangerous and as rod users are about to get 2nd AoE you will need to spam pots. (NOTE: The mad sword users on beach have skill attacks on players so watch for them.)

Level 24-25: 2nd skill book is now available so get it! Rod users will have 2 AoE but all class will now have one. Try to party other level 25+ and head to the beach and spam AoE and pots! The few next levels will fly by. You should also look for taming parties and have a good attitude to others. Don?t leave once you have your mount? help them get there?s as well.

Level 25-26: Start to spam your AoE and pots like mad. Also think about making your white dragon armour +3 and your level 29 weapons ready.

Level 26-27: Well now you need a new cuppa as this still takes a while, (NOTE: try to avoid the boss mobs on the beach, although relatively weak if they hit you, you will know with bad armour)

Level 27-28: Well you should have full armour for your level and boy it will feel good. You should think about levelling your pet.

Level 28-29: Yes your 1 level away and your tired, bored, drained, and the seat has moulded to your bum. So even more reason to push on.

Level 29-30: Here is the big 3-0. You can get the level 30-wind drift skill and if you increase it to level 5 you have the ability to jump on buildings and have fun. You can also get the Bear Mount? NOW to level mounts of any kind it?s the amount of hits in the 3 minutes that gets you EXP and I find that you usually get about .20 percent in the time given.

Level 30-31: Well at 31 you should have full white dragon armour and a class and build. You may also be the owner of cryptic armour which i reccomend severly for leveling. Now at this level you should be at the beach, regardless of what build. Your level 25 skill book should be at the minimum level for all skills and you should not be worrying about upgrading to much at the moment. Don't try to kill amphibian warriors and keep any good level 32+ equipment for later. You should be killing any monster from viragos to goblin archers and should, depending on all variables, reach level 32 after 30mins-2 hours.

Level 31-32: There is no real difference between this and that level except you can now wear a new mask, you should also start compiling the level 34+ ruddy wolf armour, and making it +3 with the stats needed depending on your build. This level should be completed in roughly the same time as the last.

Level 32-33: Well you should really be looking for a newly, or experienced guild welcoming low level players, to join. I could find no guide to guilds so i will give it to you briefly. There are 2 factions, zhuang, or shaopa. Guilds are based on their faction, so a guild started by somebody in zhuang, will be a zhuang guild, and only zhuang members can join this guild. It works the same for shaopa so don't get frustrated. This level is no harder than the others to be honest and with the right build you can kill amphibian warriors.

Level 33-24: You can now wear ruddy wolf boots, and these should be of a fairly good condition as far as stats go. This level is no real difference from the other 33 except it takes longer. I wouldn't get frustrated about anything now as it gets harder. Refer to the PvP guide, i think, for bounty systems as you may want to stop bots ruining your leveling at the beach.

Level 34-35: The mid-way point. This level should be done within 1 - 3 hours and you should now have the grasp of the game. At this level you can soon be thinking about going to the hell knights or HK for short. (Note: at this point i got bored and started playing CS:S) This level is not difficult its more psychological.

Level 35-36: Well you can now wear your ruddy wolf armour and it looks good. This level is no different from the past 5 i have discused and you should be a mindless zombie by now. Although this level brings nothing intresting the armour sure looks better than white dragon.

Level 36-37: Nothing new at all here, and you should be either at HK or beach. This level should with a bit of luck, fly by like the others. If you get bored I suggest going to mudo and laughing as you die and only lose 0.1% exp.

Level 37-38: Yes you get a new helmet and with it comes great responsibility! Look after your helmet, because without it, you would be helmetless! This level otherwise is no different to the others.

Level 38-39: You get a new mask... and thats it. Well you should now have your 34-39 set complete with all +3 or better. If so then go to HK as you have found a new home. Pot spamming and skill spamming help here.

Level 39-40: A new oppitunity. The 'hawk' pet becomes avaliable, Check here. and as you can see, its probably not worth it. The hawk is a versatile pet but i didn't bother. At this level faction wars becomes avaliable but at such a low level, i don't reccomend it.

Level 40-41: Well there is nothing new at this level to be honest, and the new armour set is not until level 44 so keep leveling. Going to SP if not unheard of and you can level there quite easily, but at this level the beach or HK give overall more exp than SP and usually more drops.

Level 41-42: There is yet again no change, and with that I would like to say, people at SP, avoid the bloody ninja, Great Tiger and for the weaker people, blind swordsman. All are your sworn enemies at this low level.

Level 42-43: Getting there, but still not even a 2nd skill. Your level 40 skill book should be maxed for full skills and you should really be at HK or SP. I personally left HK at 47, and i find that was the optimum level as at 47, HK gave less exp then SP mobs and where harder to kill.

Level 43-44: New boots and like your old ones, should be atleast +3. Although i have nothing new to write, i would like to say, bring lots of pots. I have been caught without a pot or 2 and stuck infront of the bloody ninja, only to see me die.

Level 44-45: Well we are again at a mid-way point and anybody thats done all this in a day, is hard-going. This level starts to get to the state of boringness, and thats for the patient people.

Level 45-46: You can now wear new armour, also this should be, +3!. This new defence should not be traded in for your cryptic armour, as the EXP bonus is more than worth it. The cryptic armour should be worn for all these levels, and you should now be at SP with a good int/dex or str/int build.

Level 46-47: This is when i migrated to SP with a str/int build. All builds should be able to live at SP at this level. Next level is a new helm so keep pushing. Again i repeat, stay clear of the bloody ninja, evil thing he is. You also get a new mask at this level, +3.

Level 47-48: New helmet, yay. This level is so close to 50, you can smell it! or maybe you should stop and finish it tomorrow. This level and the next really are the hardest yet.

Level 48-49: Considered by most, the daunting, hardest, annoying level ever. Although anbody thats done 59-60 knows it's a lie. This level is the all important level, it sorts the men/woman from the kiddies who have school. You should be from cheetahs/leopards (or whatever they are) to venom clan amazons at the top of the hill. Do not atempt youngbloods yet.

Level 49-50: Half way to the max. This level i found, was on of the most rewarding. You can now get your 2nd skill and i suggest you refer to the skill guide i made reference to at the start of this. Decide what you would like and under-go the quest to become a hard-core heroer. You also get a new pet, the great tiger. This is one of the best combat pets, but a 3rd evo would be alot nicer. Here is the tiger. This level also means a new weapon and your now set for non-rare equipment. Everything past this should be rare equipment and is usually expensive. You can now mine, at highlands mine. Faction wars should now be atempted, even if u get owned. There is no real other differences for level 50, and the path ahead will be a daunting one.
